This is much more than a traditional boot camp; my girls do interval training and circuit training moves that are designed to bring out natural curves and create a shapely, toned physique. SASS FIT campers train in a small group of no more than 10 women. The small group setting is great for motivating one another but still gives you the feeling of one-on-one personal training.
SASS FIT incorporates new exercises every week, which is what makes my clients come back for more and never get bored. This also provides for optimal results as changing the frequency, intensity, and time of your workout eliminates the dreaded weight loss plateau.
Don’t think that because you are working in a group it means you are all doing the same thing. Every exercise can be modified to fit each woman’s personal level of fitness. I will make sure each client is using the proper weight based on her experience and personal needs. You can go at your own pace and adjust the weights over time.

I finally got to a point in my weight loss journey to realize that I needed more than a “quick fix”.
